Haha Nice! My friend is the head judge at IFO. It was either you or some stock looking Fit that was purple? Not sure...I have yet to see pics.

 

awe damn that sucks. yeah it was a purple fit with jdp front lip, rear diffuser and carbon engine cover thingy and that was it pretty much i didnt see anything else. stock wheels, ride height looked like he just bought it


that kinda sucks i lost to a stock purple fit but congrats to him!

i dont know who one first place. all i know is we were not prepared for how hot it was.

i worked saturday got out at 9pm met up with a new local fit member, gave him a ride around in the car, went to my house got my stuff left san antonio at 11pm got to houston at 2am, crashed out woke up at 7am then washed our cars got to the show at 9:30am. Parked our cars and by 1PM i already wanted to leave and trophies were not being given out until 6pm

 

Yea for summer shows, bring a port a cool or a mist system. That will help cool you down up to 20 degrees. Which is better than 100+ with constant sweat. Tents are always a must with coolers and water. Bring an umbrella to walk around under. Otherwise, go hide under the bleachers.

Hey guys...been communicating via email with the esales guy from Honda of McKinney. They have one 2009 Honda Fit Sport M/T in Orange Revolution--he offered to sell it for $15,685. (that includes everything except tax, prep fee, doc fee)

Just wanted to let you guys know in case you knew someone that wanted one. I'd get it, but I decided to wait for the 2010's so I can get white.

 

bigtoepfer pointed me to the Texas thread; thought I would say hi. I got my 09 Red Base MT Fit last Monday. I plan on enjoying the new car smell for a bit but will do things to it eventually.

I'm a recent grad from UT Dallas with a Degree in Business Administration and am still looking for a job, probably client services in a marketing agency.

I guess thats enough of an intro about me.

I haven't seen the work schedule for Sunday yet. If I'm free I'll bring the Fit and the 300C. The 300C is dad's daily driver so don't give him too much crap about the road rash on his 22's.

hell yeah. I just installed a bently grill like that on a 300 a couple days ago. Just that really cleans the car up. I would to see it in person too. Now I'm really looking forward to this block party. Just sucks i'm going to have a 6 hour drive aftwards
