Texas Fits, Anything goes thread

I'd rather do something more like The Oasis. Kinda like we did last time. Probably not the same place but something like it. It was a cool restaurant with an amazing view of Lake Travis.
And i don't think the go-karts would be necessary because unlike houston in austin we have places we can drive our fits like go-karts. but thats just me

I've been real busy with looking for our first house and all. So that's why you havn't heard much about the next meet. I'm going to start doing some leg work come next week and will post up a for sure date sometime within the next two weeks.

Haha, we have Bone Daddy's up here. Not a bad place. I usually like trying a non chain restaurant when I'm out of town. I don't think go-karting would be fun for Austin. Man I was so sore at Track 21 on the next day. I was hurtin! And I think the bigger you are, the more its gonna hurt lol. We got to get Arick on this run again. The roads in Austin are interesting. Especially the Buzzards that nearly caused a 10 Fitfreak accident lol.

Hubby and boys ALWAYS go. I sometimes go. I used to go when the boys were littler but now it's become a Dad-and-Teens outing. I like the vintage autos the best anyway. And the freakish concepts.
If you're going, pick me up some Magic Shammys, would 'ja?

I will be in Dallas at the end of Feb for an ADHD conference, but I'm driving, not flying. Don't want to put that many miles on my car, although it would be a nice quiet drive just by myself.

I'm definitely going to the show, its someone my uncle, cousin and I usually do every year. But you should go too, you may pass a Fit driver that returns waves.

LOL It wouldn't be too hard to to spot me in a crowd, spikey mini-dreads FTW! The amount of people that go to the show can get pretty ridiculous; there will be a couple hundred when the doors open at 10 AM the first day and then by noon the really big crowds come in.
Did you go to the show last year? There was a BBP GD3 on display and a bright blue Corvette hanging from the ceiling over in the Chevy section.

I shot those on my friends SD card because I maxed mine out at the workshop. I've been waiting on him to let me have the disk of everything I shot at the autocross that day. But, when I do get them, I'll post 'em up.
