I just got back from Import Face Off here in Baton Rouge, LA. It was pretty good. Had some nice honda's some oldskools lots of EG drag cars and a few DC2 integras. And one DC5 look alike. I didn't get to drive because of my knee. But i rode with Jcrim. And later in the day he pulled his car up near the show cars and started attracting attention. He got a few shots of his car breakin necks. He's probably not home to post em yet. But i'm looking forward to some of the shots he got.

@marcus - Ahh you know i love the trucks. And oddly enough there weren't any at this show. Not bagged ones anyway

yeah. I priced some just to see what they run. The GPs in 17x7 that come stock on the mugen si are 750 a peice. and only weigh 15lbs. After seeing that car today i want one even more now. They told me at the dealer that its down to 27,500 and they still have one. So one day i'll go by with my fit and talk trade #s see what their willing to do. we'll see

sad thing is he drew a better crowd than some of the other cars. Good thing he wasn't out on the show area. Might have gotten kicked for pulling too much attention. LMAO

Nice!

This morning I put in 7.7 gallons for $17.03. That is the cheapest I've gotten gas so far since I've driven the Fit.

*nods* I can understand that because of your knee. Speaking of which, how's the recovery going for you?

I work at a Shell station. Our gas is usually higher than the cheaper brands.

I've only seen two shell stations around here and both of them are just a penny higher than other stations when it comes to regular.

Bummer, I hope the doc gives you the thumbs up for driving soon. That MR of yours must be begging to be ran with that J's exhaust that was recently installed.

Have you ever driven on highway 383 through Indian Village? Its a fairly windy road that intersects highway 165 in Kinder and turns end a few miles north of I-10's exit 43.
