When I disembarked from the plane when I arrived in Da Nang My first thought was, damn this feels just like Houston and I commenced to becoming soaking wet with sweat..... When I opened the door of the motel room I had stayed at in Houston I felt like I did in Da Nang only my hair was longer and my clothes weren't Marine Corps issue. It has been feeling the same way here the last 2 days.

If the sensor is burned out, buy a new one and put it in. Not much else with it. If you dont want that to happen again consider a HFC (not sure if they make them for the fit) or putting your stock header back on. If you want the power, you'll have to deal with the occasional burned out Primary o2 sensor.

Dang that sucks.
I had an 02 sensor go out on my 99 Civic @85k. I ended up replacing it with a friend...part was like 90 bucks and we did it in my garage with his tools.
I dunno if you can DIY, but if you can maybe that'd save you some money?

^ yea you can do that with the secondary O2 with a DIY but not the primary O2. The Primary O2 has a built in AFR sensor like an Air Fuel Ratio Gauge with sensor for the F/I guys. Those things are not cheap and they do foul out with the wrong fuel ratio.
