I've seen his wheels in person. They look flawless. really looks good on the GE. Probably look amazing on blue or white.

Just got back. I haven't been to many car meets over the last few years, but I was impressed. Just about every car had an insane amount of work put into it. Being able to walk around the race track was pretty cool too. Only one fit on the tarmac, and I think I recognized it from here - a blue GD.

That wasn't your typical meet. That was way bigger than most car meets are. Hopefully there are lots of pictures. There were actually requirements to be able to get your car in the show.

Yeah, I realize the magnitude of it. Didn't realize it was the first time hellaflush had been in TX though. I actually dragged my 69 year old dad to see what the kid's are up to these days. He liked it, but then again, he had a Greddy single turbo FD RX7 with an HKS super dragger about 10 years ago. haha

Unfortunately we didn't stay for long or I would have. I put it together after I wrote that post who it was on here (quickly - duh!) Overall, it looked like the show was a success, and really happy to see something like that happening in TX, much less a few miles from my place. Hopefully we can meet at a another gathering in the future.

Yeah, I'm still alive. Been real busy trying to get the house ready for our little girl. Toni is due Oct. 6th.

It's too bad your Fit is red... *IF* I go back, I'm thinking Tidewater Blue, or Taffeta White.

Rain until the 7th in my search. That's a lot of rain. I don't mind it this time of year.

Of course, it helps keeps it cool outside. Its pretty much been no rain here for the past month or so except for light, scatters. The grass really needs it.

Hey guys, we need to get a meet together. I'm sure the regulars like bluecell and bigtoepher will be down, but they've expressed their disinterest in organizing meets anymore due to the lack of support. Now, I'm a newbie to this all and I don't even know if there are any shows coming up that we could coincide this with or not, or if we would even need to, but let's figure out how to make this happen.

Surely if we can really work with people's schedules, we can get a decent crowd, it is the summer after all. I'd like to meet the regulars on here, Coyote, Hootie, Hayden, btrthn, Juliane, etc. and the lurkers that I'm sure are out there. Texas is a big freaking state.

Anyone else excited enough to help me get this in motion?
