I'm in Dallas now for an internship... the roads here SUCK! I've bottomed out twice during normal driving on three lane roads and once on the highway ramp to 75. I couldn't really avoid it either, if I slam on my breaks my back end goes bye bye.

How do you do it BlueCell?

Anyone else wash their car yesterday? It was nice, couldn't help it...and now it's back to freezing--so I'm glad that I got it done.

I drove a dropped VW when I lived in Dallas over 25 years ago and it was hell then and my car wasn't clad in plastic crap..... After destroying the strut towers on that car I swore off being stupid and driving a car that would self destruct under normal driving situations.... I was beaten to death by the ride and looked like Jose and Pedro low rider dudes and bashed the oil pan at a rail road crossing.... At least those cats have hydraulics and drive real slow.

So i just had some customers come into the lounge to let me know that my car had the window smashed in. Someone broke into the passenger side front window and stole my toolbox and GPS. Thats all that I've noticed anyway.

Anyone know how much a window costs?

Guess its time to finally get that remote start alarm i've been thinking about for a couple of years now.

I'm on eibach sportlines and am fine in Waco, but Dallas is shredding me up.

adam - did you have your car parked where you usually do? If so, that's pretty ballsy of the thief. Also pretty dick since your window probably costs more than that gps. He's not going to get any money for a used gps anyway, go on to ebay these days and you can get them cheap.

Sportlines are low drop and not really stiff. Jeff Quach runs those and he lives around here. He's gone through a few dmgs here and there.

I woke up to having to take a nasty doo-doo.

I think it is sad that I can not decide 100% on a set of wheels

Hope you washed your hands. :P

Well what kind of rim are you looking for? Something lightweight, multi-spoke, or with a low offset?

Been looking at Advan RG2, Enkei RPF1, some D/C's Wedsport SA90...just really somethign to set it off.

I'll prob just settle on some Black RPF1's, and eventually get them painted MagBlue

K, looks like our first meet up will be in Round Rock and we'll cruise to Austin. I'll make a roll call list today on a separate thread.
