none of these parts are off my car yet, but will be as soon as i see intrest.
Turbo kit (base kit) - $1700. the only place this kit is available is here---> http://www.fortyone.co.nz/parts/view/13514.html and that converts to $4700 USD!!!! the kit will include the manifold, garrett t25 turbo (perfect condition), heat shield, downpipe (DEI heat wrapped) HKS fcon Mini with base tune, oil feed line, oil feed "tee" supply, oil return w/ 10an fitting (see below for alternative oil return line...ill include it for an extra $25), intake anf filter, charge pipe with DSM BOV flange, all necessary couplers and clamps and hardware, installation instructions. IT IS NOT INTERCOOLED. totla of less than 10k miles on this kit. all works properly and bolts up perfect. no cracks in manifold or downpipe.
dynoed at 140whp (see dyno pics at bottom of post.) with supporting mods listed, will be around 170whp.
i have not used the hks fcon mini, so i am unsure how well it works, but it comes with instructions how to wire it up. it is tuned to use your OEM injectors. top fuel japan is very well known for their quality and reliability.

cat delete/test pipe - $120 shipped. megan racing. has 3 O2 sensor bungs on it (normally only comes with 1 for the secondary sensor). now has 1 for AEM wideband, 1 for primary o2 sensor, 1 for secondary o2 sensor
intercooler and piping - $325 shipped. Mr2 black intercooler with custom mount to use as a front mount. comes with professionally welded 2" intercooler piping, has flange welded for a dsm BOV, all couplers and t-bolt clamps. has hole for IAT sensor and a bracket to prevent boost pressure from blowing it out. allows you to keep your OEM fog lights. will fit to any turbo setup with little or no modification.
BOV - $50 shipped. 1g dsm crushed BOV. never had a problem, hold boost just fine, no leaks. will coem with vacuum hose and tee fitting
Injectors - $270 shipped. RC engineering 370cc with injectors adapter clips. also included are longer threaded studs and spacers to fit these injectors (they are slightly longer than OEM)
AEM FIC with plug and play harness - $475 shipped. AEM FIC 6 (model 30-1910) with the wire hanress professionally soldered to AEM patch harness 30-2986C to make it plug and play. no hacking up any wiring in your car!!
AEM wideband - $185 shipped. AEM UEGO analog wideband (modeil 30-5130). has mutiple display colors to choose from to match your interior. comes with gauge, harness, sensor, and gauge pod. 100% working.
Glowshift boost/vacuum gauge - $35 shipped. comes with gauge, vacuum hose, tee fitting and wire harness. 100% working
turbo blanket - $80 shipped. PTP black turbo blanket(well known in subaru comunity). designed for internally wastegated t25 turbos. no holes or abnormal wear. just regular burn in from use.
oil return line and flange- $35 shipped. professionally made, no leaks. crimped on fittings rather than comrpession. 10an briaded stainless steel line. female 10an straight fitting on one end (attaches to flange/turbo), 90 degree 10an fitting on the other (attaches to bung welded to oil pan). perfect length for stright vertical retturn to oil pan from turbo.
odyssey pc680 battery - $110 shipped. weighs half of the OEM battery. performs the same. has powered my car with a mild radio system and never had a problem. never been drained.
NGK iridium - $25 shipped. 1 step colder than stock plugs. used for 5k miles.
RDX turbo badge - $10 shipped

this kit as being sold is estimated at 170whp/160wtq.
it was dynoed without the intercooler at 140whp/140wtq on a "dyno dynamics" dyno, which reads very low. its since been upgraded and street tuned.
peaks at 9psi just over 3500rpms (see pics), and then falls to 7psi by redline. drives amazing.
keep in mind, i daily drive my car. this is as reliable as OEM. i have not been stranded, broken down, or ran into any problems since this turbo has been installed. been using the stock clutch, and i get no slipping. this kit will also fit on a auto tranny car. requires premium fuel, but i still can get 35+ MPG easily. however i average more liek 30mpg with heavy acceleration and aroudn town driving.
NO check engine lights!
t1r kit is not made anymore. HKS kit does not come with a BOV, bad oil return design, and can only be tuned by licensed HKS dealer. and the Greddy kit tunes with the crappy emanage ultimate (only effects your a/f when full throttle). all these turbo kits cost at least $400-$800 more than this, and dont include the supporting mods as i do. and teh Kraftwerks kit is $500 more for only 30whp over stock.

dont mind the IAT sensor not plugged in. it was just disconnected so i could make a bracket to hold the sensor in better. (bracket will come with turbo kit, not pictured). and the BOV vacuum line is disconnected.

what kind of gas milage were you getting with this set up??

it changes depending how you drive.
mostly highway, heavy acceleration on on ramps, i get 33 mpg.
moderate (some fast acceleration) around town, i get 29mpg.
if the car is driven to achieve optimal MPG, it will get 35+.
it requires premium fuel, as with any turbo car.

added spark plugs to the first post.
and added a price for the kit, the oil pan and the odyssey battery...all for $2900+shipping. thats EVERYTHING you will need to install this and be driving in about 4 hours.

for the cost vs gains i thoguht this would have alot more intrest.

be one of the few (possibly the only one) in the US to own a top fuel turbo kit
and its 100% bolt on with EVERYTHING needed to install for less than $3k. there is no other turbo kit that fits this good with all supporting mods for that price. a moderatly experienced person in their garage can install this in about 6 hours.
$2500+ shipping until satruday for the kit and battery.
after that buy everything for $2900 (kit, battery, and oil pan) and ill pay shipping.
