Hey 1990 can u do me a favor since you have the kit off the car? Can u take some pictures of the downpipe flange of the hks kit? I'm building my own and i want to see how HKS did it. If you could measure the pipe diameter of the turbo downpipe (the part that bolts to the exhaust of the turbo) I wanna see what size they used. Any pictures of the downpipe would help a lot!

Sure. I can't get to it until Tuesday though.

Had one offer but "taxes" might take a while...so I'm bumping up to the top again. it is in the box and ready to go. Should be NO MORE than $142.00 with shipping and $2000 worth of insurance, signature confirmation, and tracking.

peace!

Shipping to Puerto Rico to a PO Box should be the same or not? I heard that in most cases it is. If not let me know what would be the shipping price, so we can see if we work this out.

Ohhhhh damn. I'm into bikes too - and I'm in the market for one, but this is tempting. I just sold my second ninja, and want to get back in the saddle, but it'd be fun to make the fit go "psssshhh".

I'll wait it out and see what happens in the next couple weeks.

Whats custom about the downpipe? Meaning its a no name.... I want my turbine elbow redone on my kit. I know thats holding back some power. Its like, 2in.

Cant believe you still got this. That price is amazing. I loooove mine.
And why wont it work with an auto?

EDIT: not a custom DOWNPIPE...it is a custom cat delete

yeh the price is great....especially considering the extras....I think the reason it hasn't sold is the shipping aspect of the sale. People don't trust what they can't see and touch.

Why is won't work on an auto...not sure. Mine isa 5 speed and it worked fine on that...I would say check with HKS to see if they know..

Sean.

Damn! I've been thinking about of going boosted for the past few weeks. Getting a huge chunk of commission at the end of this month =]. But don't know if I want to start filling 91 though. How much does it cost to install and tune this thing?

The ecu is pretuned....so no cost

install....only took me a few hours...start in the morning...ready by lunch...easy!

Gas cost...the first time some says..."dude your fit is boosted...sweet!" the extra 15 cents you spent on gas somehow becomes worth it....
