I live on a little old island called England and even if I were to get 50% off T1r's $120 hood dampners the postage is ridiculous more than the $120 for the dampners originally and if I were to buy the brakes they do they'll charge $420 lol I could go to Canada on holiday and pick them up myself for less!!! Sort out your postage costs and think globally as you are alienating a lot of customers who would still have to pay import and local handling costs on top.
Think about the little guy please...

How are they alienating you? AJ-R doesn't control the shipping costs, costs are determined by the courier. Since postage is so expensive, chances are that you wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place, anyways...regardless of if there was a sale or not. It's like me calling "In & Out" and saying that they're alienating me for not having a location in Chicago and that it would be too costly to send my food from Cali to Illinois. Clearly, Chicagoans are not their client base. The same applies for you. You live in England. Sure, AJ-R is willing to ship it to you, but it'll cost you. This cost, essentially, makes you rule out AJ-R as a viable supplier of parts for you, thus excluding yourself from their client base.
They can't alienate a client-base that doesn't exist.
Also...the first post explicitly states that this will not be handled through PM's or emails or phone because AJ-R is closed for the holiday, which means that they won't be around to read your message.
Not trying to be mean, but them's the facts. 50% off is already eating up their profit margin, and I doubt they'd want to lose money on shipping to prevent losing One(1) person halfway around the world (who will likely never order from them again) from not ordering during the new year's sale.

Hey I got a couple of questions.
What is shipping cost for a t1r short shifter to 32810?
Also, why does it say on the confirmation email that the price hasn't changed?
If I place another order can it be packaged with an order I made earlier today?
And what should shipping be for the t1r intake and shift boot?

has anyone been able to contact AJR today? i'm really anxious to find out whether the s-spec dampers qualify for the 50% off promotion since the AJR website shows no indication of them being on sale.
i'd imagine they must have been busy with all they orders they've received during the new year sale. can we get an AJR rep to chime in and let us know that our orders are being processed?

I received an email from Jason with the revised invoice. Only purchased the C-pillar bar because just 2 days prior I ordered their shift boot, Ti knob and chromoly lugs.
Regardless of not saving the $170 or whatever it would of been, I can only say GOOD things about this company. It's always nice to find a company that still believes in customer service first and foremost.
