Yeah I'm laughing too because certain people don't know much about cars and parts. Also they have no sense of keeping things to themselves.

LOL yeah I'm laughing too. Ha ha!

considering your asking retail for YOUR USED parts....

The HID stuff alone is about $500... reasonable price if you ask me. Retrofitters will charge you that for non bixenon and crappy projectors.

Bump for a good seller.

bump the OP. people that think $800 is alot need to learn their car parts.

$300 headlights
$40 bulbs
$100 projectors
$10-80 shrouds (diy-OEM)
$50-150 ballasts (ebay-reall denso or phillips)
$300 labor

as you can see, it adds up. i dont know what 3series projectors the OP has, or what hid bulb/ballast, but even at the cheaper end of the spectrum it would cost $800 for these.
no wait time and no down time for sending your headlights to be done is very convienient.

Maybe your right I should have kept it to myself but honestly IMO thats just way too much for a used set of headlights. Good luck with your sale though

lol. $800 is a good price, even though they are "used" (which really doesnt change anyhting, since the parts to make a good set of retro's are used to begin with). if i was to ever sell mine it wouldnt be for anyhting less than $1k...but then again, i used much different parts to make mine.

you gotta pay to play.

this is probably one of the nicest things you can do to a car. not only does it look nice, but you also get the benefit from having REAL hid projectors light up the road making it much easier to see.

Someone really needs to pick this up, it's a steal, I would but Black Headlights on SSM don't look good unless someone can show me a picture otherwise.

Looks alright, not a fan of the contrast to be honest. I'll discuss it with my SO I'm not hard hit for cash but I just want her opinion aesthetically.

you can always open up the headlight and paint it ssm. its very easy to do with an oven and assorted screwdrivers

yeah. a heat gun works too if you're oven is too small.

these would be very nice for the bad weather we're having.
