i asked ben from ajr about it and he said $325 but not including tax and customs. i want one too though. is the spoon way loud compared to the Tanabe touring or apexi WSII?. i think the HKS is loud, how does the spoon compare to the HKS?

 

^ Spoon is loud for damn sure.

 

if it's axle back only, it's very close to being stock until you hit 4-5k rpm, then the sound comes in, i was in a FIT with intake and cat-delete and spoon axle back, it was quiet, from inside, until i hit the throttle half way, then it sounds good, i consider it not too loud...just my change in the pocket.

 

my spoon N1 was deep and loud on my EP3. but it wasn't too loud at low RPM. it was much quieter than my Skunk2 Megapower catback on my EM2.

 

I got the HKS w/ Megan mid pipe but i guess my question to everyone else is "What do you mean by loud?" its pretty damn quiet at idle. put some gas and the sound is like most other cars IMO. Spoon's axle back is a nice one. Not to big and not to small (for looks) i bet if you paint the canister black it would look almost near stock

 

It sounds the best out of every exhaust I've heard, except possibly Buddy Club Spec 3. I am going Spoon completely for that sexy exhaust note. Plus it's SPOON! Should be at least 10whp gain from header,bpipe,n1...

 

hmm. loud as in those civics and integras with messed up paint that sound loud as **** but are only going like 40 mph. hahah. pretty much i dont want to sound faster than what something with 90whp would sound. lol

pretty much something thats not disruptive or would make a pig look twice.

*edit* also what do you guys think of the Aspec?

 

spoon header doesn't fit because there's no O2 bung on it unless you weld one on

that is one sexy fit in that video.... Jump on that sale for the axle back, full price its about $1,000 for the b-pipe and axle back. I was going to get the spoon header as well but you need to mod the header to work with the USDM Fit so im going to go with the T1R header
