LED tails
I bought these used on here, had them installed a short time then bought different style lights. $80 shipped. the reverse light socket on these had to be trimmed to get the socket to fit as they do on all these aftermarket lights, so that has been done for you already. I also sealed them up all around with silicone. I am not sure if these things generally leak, but I wanted to make sure they didn't so I sealed them up before I even put them on. On one of them there is a small interior crack that does not extend to the surface of the lens. I am making this sound worse than it really is. Seller never disclosed this to me when I bought them, I dont beleive in doing that to someone else. Again its only cosmetic, and not even noticeable unless it is pointed out to you. One of the pics I circled it to try and show it best that I can.

They are clear, and I dont know the different makers of these, I';ll look closer at them but I dont think they are DEPO. How does one check who makes them? Not sure I saw any stamp on them anywhere.

OK these dont have any stamps on them other than to designate which side each light goes on, like you couldnt figure that out lol! So I have no idea what brand they are, but they are nice lookin lights for sure. Didnt have any fitment issues either.

since they dont say the brand
they are N1
depo stamps all their light and makes them all DOT approved
the n1s are not dot approved, so they are not stamped with anything lol
just an fyi..
i just sold my pair too, lol- $30 and delivered half way
JW what you replaced these with?
i got these:
LOVE THEM!
i have a black fit tho

Got those same lights, they work well with the black windows and wheels for me.
As far as DOT stamping, I'd say my last 4 vehicles or so used lights that were not DOT stamped, never had a problem. Also just because something says its DOT approved does not make it legal at all either. I had some long talks with some NY officials a year or so ago about bulbs and the like that were DOT aprrroved, but were still not legal in NY. Not that I would have had any legal/inspection issues, I'm just throwing that out there.

they appear to be a tad scratched up on the bottoms by the reverse lamp part. also, are they direct plug and play? like ill take out the oems and pop these in and im good? if theyre not scratched and they are pnp ill take em

I never noticed them being scratched, I'll look at them closer and let you know. Could just be the angle of the light making them look that way. And they are not totally just play and play, you need to extend some wiring, unless you do as other have claimed and unclip harnesses under the spare tire to give them more slack. I didnt do that so cant comment on it.
Oh and none of the aftermarket lights are plug and play. Maybe the OEM JDM ones, but then you are spending big bucks for those.

Now as far as scratched up, they really arent. There are some minor scuffs and swirl marks. A nice waxing may take care of that. Remember these are not new, and I am not trying to push them over as new. They honestly do not look bad, and thats really about all I can say, not sure how else to explain their condition.
