This is not a OEM part, but if ur refering the box it came in, no i do not. I may still have the instruction, but they really arent needed. Install is easy; a few clips and 2 Bolts.

Where did you buy this from? AJ Racing? Does this bar have a tendency to become lose? I know the bar is a little bit adjustable but also that means you have to adjust every now and then.
