I actually got mine for $216.50 shipped off of an ebay store.

 

that's the "doughnut" gasket. it either goes between the stock catalytic converter and the new midpipe or between the midpipe and the stock axle back.

 

It goes onto the midpipe at the axleback connecting end.

 

i got mine for 195$... but good item though whoever got it
