the offset is 40. i don't know how much more they weigh, but i do think they weigh a little more than stock wheels. my mpgs didn't suffer when i had them on. it's really how you drive your car, not what's on it.

Are you selling them because you were having a rubbing issue? I just got my Fit last Saturday, and am looking for some wheels, but don't want any rubbing issues. I looked through your threads, and was unsure if it was just because it was lowered, or just the size of the wheels? I'm new to the import market, having just traded in my 2006 Ford Mustang GT for a Fit. I live close to 30 miles away from work, so 20mpg's were getting very expensive running 91 octane. The fit seems like a good car, and I am happy with the gas mileage, but it needs some flair. I like your wheels, just curious about any potential issues with fitment.

it's true, i'm selling them because they rub. but the only reason they rub is because i have a 2-inch drop. i'm confident that these will not rub on stock springs. the wheels are really good quality, and the tires are virtually new.
and yes, they will make your car look amazing.
