WTB Sport wheels and tires

I'm looking to locally buy stock 15" sport wheels, preferably with tires. I live near DC.

i live in bakersfield,ca (93312) and i have just the rims with only 650 miles on them! i know u want the tires also but i will let go for pretty cheap bc im not using them. let me know. thanks
