About to get my licence

Hey how is everyone, Im a new member so bare with me. Im about to get my licence ( im pretty excited) My decision has basically come down to either the honda fit or the toyota yaris sedan, I have absolutely no idea which to choose, I know that there might be some people inclined to the fit since this is a fit forum, but if it is possible i would like unbiased opinions. I know that the yaris does not come with too much standard but when you match them up with the option they are pretty equal. Anyways, Im really interested in both cars, the problem is that they both are so damn similar. So thanks a bunch in advance

The comparison done by Car and Driver magazine may be a good place to start. I don't know though how Dominican models of these cars would differ from the U.S. models.

you must have some rich parents or somethin buying you a brand new car for your lisence.. usually people just get a hand-me-down car so they can actually learn to drive and when they hit something its not as noticable..

i can give you an unbias opinion considering i dont own a fit or want one.....id still go with the fit over a yaris sedan....for one thing a hatchback is very handy for carrying big things around that wouldnt usually fit in a sedan.....secondly if u r into the aftermarket parts, then i think the fit is still a better choice because it is bound to get tons of aftermarket goodies....3rdly, k20a fit possibilities...also i believe yaris is already having recalls....not many people hear about them because toyota hides them and pushes them under the carpet (hence the reason they have a really low recall number compared to other companies)
