Triple compound turbo - Daily driven! 892whp/1916wtq @ 95psi
Not exactly new but I was talking to Bill @ BEP yesterday when this thing came up, Dave Hall's 5.9L Cummins Turbodiesel Ram. A good reminder of why I love diesels:

This is my favorite run, simply because you can hear the secondary 64mm turbo start to spool and then you can hear both the 62mm primaries start to sing:

This truck ended up making 950whp and near-as-makes-no-difference 2000wtq @ 100psi

Now do you see why I have been thinking about going this route? Those engines have a similar problem to ours. The ports on the head are comparably quite small.
The only way to get more air mass in is to turn the boost WAY up.
