Remember Me?
So, yes Ive left the Fit scene. But dont feel neglected, I havent joined any Mini forums. I dont plan on it either. Ill just stick with me and my car. Trial and error.
So far she has;
Engine
15lb pulley, modded airbox, MSD coilpack, 8.5mm wires, colder plugs, and a 2.5in kitty-back with 3in resonator to a oval tip,
Sus;
V-maxx coilovers
Vorshlog front camber plates.
Wheels;
17x7s w/195/40s and 17x8.5s w/ 205/40s Porsche Twists painted Milano red.
Looks;
NL front and rear plates, random blacked out stuff, (roof, mirrors, gas door, belt line) Mini OE roof rack and basket, 50/50 headlights in yellow, HID fogs, I think thats it?
Interior;
Nothing really. Over 1000 individually placed Volcom decals on the dash.

I dig the Volcom stickers on the dash. You sure do have a distinctive style when it comes to modding both inside and out.
Just curious, have you thought about doing a center stripe on your hood like the Shelby Super Snake but with Volcom pattern like you did your dash? That might turn out pretty sweet.

Thanks everyone.
Hootie, I had no plans on a stripe. When I bought the car it had 2 in the trunk that were suppose to be on the hood. White ones, threw them away. :-P
Im keeping her simple, yet flashy? Is that possible? Hahh!
No, no Mini forums. I dont need forum users telling me I killed my cars handling characteristics by putting her on the ground. Yadda yadda...
Know what I love so much about this car, more so that they came out in 2002 and they still do it. 4 out of 5 Minis that pass me on the road always wave.

It originally had stripes on the hatch? :eek: That's like the fugliest thing you can do to a Cooper period; unless they were the center stripes, then its ok.
Anywho, keep up the good work mang. :wavey:

I do need an intake and a header though. The stock manifold really chokes this car. I guess I cant expect too much as its a 1.6L SOHC. Hahh!
People that ride in her say shes fast as hell. I dont feel it. Now she does have some nasty torque.
I want 17lbs, headwork, a cam, and a tune. Then Ill be happy.
