they are only like $70 and well worth not getting carpal tunnel when doing that many rivets

well, i would have just stitch welded the seams if the holes werent already there for the rivets. i dislike using rivets.

the only problem id have with the elise is that they are not daily drivers at alllll! if i had a nice 1974 911 turbo, or an nsx, i could drive it all day and not worry about it as much

damn, looks like you got a lot done already. I haven't been on here much since I went back to school. Car looks damn good though! =]

DA rear suspension is in


got my throttle bodies in, but the damn fuel rail didnt fit with the DA booster and master cylinder.



then my buddy came by and had a bright idea of turning the runners around and having the fuel rail on the top. so we did that and the brake fluid resevoir is in the way. so whats going to happen is i am going to plug up the inlet on that side and drill/tap a hole for the fitting so it comes out the rear of the rail instead of the side.

realistically, probably around aug/sept it will be ready for the track.

not at all. especially with the DA brake booster and master cylinder. also the frame rail is too close to the alternator.

^This thread is pretty sick. How much did this all cost you in parts? I wouldn't mind wanting to build a DD...considering you can find honda parts just about anywhere.
