What car would you get for $20K max.

What's a good, sporty, not "fast" but not "slow or sluggish" car.. something with a little "pep" to it... I'd like to stay around 20K and the car be pretty new.. 2-3 years old max.

I kinda like the VW GTI.

It seems to be a little pocket rocket... I dont know anything about VW though.

There's a 2009 VW GTI, black with dark grey VW rims for 21K...

really i think they're crazy roomy me (6' with a 36" inseam) and my dad 6'3" (not sure on the inseam lmao) both fit with room to spare

2006-2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse - may look nice, but not worth the trouble.
2006-2008 Mini Cooper -Nice since turbo added, always had issues with maintenance and it's expensive out of warranty to repair.
2006 Lexus is250(Yes you can find one of these for less than 20k) -Great car, but '06 had a lot of problems with them.
Dodge Neon SRT-4 -It's still a Neon....lol
Dodge Caliber SRT-4 - It's a bigger Neon...
2006 BMW 330i/330Ci/330Xi -Nice car, but would have to make sure lower mileage and not beat on. Maintenance gets expensive though after awhile.
2006 Acura RSX/RSX-S -Always wanted one but bought my first S2k instead though.
2006 Acura TL -Very nice car, was looking into one of these for DD but never ran with the idea.
2006+ Hyundai Tiburon - Joking? Resale value sucks, reliability sucks, and they just suck in general...

Most of these cars I've owned or had first hand experience driving for a while through friends. You don't have to take my opinion with a grain of salt since they're just that.... my opinion. But I do have an '06 S2k for sale that I will be posting over the weekend. If you're interested let me know.
