Its funny cause I have been getting news letters from a importing firm for years now and they send me updates on whats for sale and the prices. Most of these cars are no more than $3500, but they never send any responce's back about any of the car im interested in. I wish I knew how to legally import cars cause at the prices they advertise, I could make some money and get to enjoy them a lil first.

Well help me out see what info you can dig up on how to legally import cars, the only thing I can come with is to have a sourse in canada that can legally sell cars to U.S.A. customers, import what you need then have them file the legal paperwork. That or rent a address in canada then bring over some things then move your address back and re register the cars back in the U.S. There are ways to directly import here, one way is to do cars older the 25years. There is also a way to go through your dmv but nobody I have seen do it this way will wants to share how. Then there is the sneaky illegal way that I thought of, but its not for sure to work cause its getting the car past U.S custume's is the hard part, and would only work on cars we share with them like for example the Lexus GS 300, and toyota Aristo. But you have to allready own the Lexus, and swap all the parts off the Aristo, or take the vin and serial# of the lexus and put onto the Aristo, like a chop shop would. But then you would have to destroy then lexus. I spend alot of time researching this but have'nt come up with a real solid way yet. See what you can find out and PM me back

Its the newer bodystyle SMX and wouldnt really be a K-car as it has a 2.0 liter engine it it, but is deffinatly one of my favorite step van/bus/wagen type vehicle. It has one door on the right where the driver gets in, two passenger doors on the left, and a rear hatch, Its like a mini-minivan. These would be cool cause of the b20 motor in it you could do a B-series swap on these, or a b20-v-tec build up on it. the one you posted is a different body style, but the same car

because it's a Honda, and Honda makes the best cars period. The Beat is amazing and I want to import one. It's slower than a smart fortwo though, probably the slowest car in the world lol I'd get rear-ended in NJ traffic

Yeah I have some pics of the B-series ones but I'll have to scan them in, they are from older issues of VTEC Sports magazine. I'll get them up tomorrow probably. The Beat was equipped with the E07A engine, a 656cc SOHC 3 Cylinder rated at 64 HP @ 8100rpm and 44 ft-lbs @ 7000rpm.

I would say I wished there was more info on the swap but the sad reality is the chance's of getting a honda beat on this side of the ocean is highly unlikely so I will just go sit in a corner and cry for about a hour or two. Mabey in a couple of years when the 25 year mark hit one could be imported but not right now, now if any of you knows any knowledge of how to do this I have a place to source the cars for cheap

This one is in my import list and it is supposed to have 210 HP I wonder if it has a B-series in it, cause they really dont go into detail about it just has some pics, that its was put together by BASE GRADE, and a price of $9000 but it looks fast
