it's still winter here. i DD these. honestly, i slid the RA1s around a little bit but i really had to try and it got to the point where i thought i was being a little too irresponsible for public roads. in the summer, i may find another tire but the problem is R888s aren't available in 15" fitments.

i certainly stand corrected. i must have been thinking of the nitto line up when i was considering nt01s, problem being i didn't want to drive nt01s in light snow.

how much did you pay for the r888? ever use advan 032Rs?

I myslef am trying to get a S2K now but i still stick by that i have raced tuboed S2k that are quick turboed but thats it. A M3 is quick stock. My self though i dont want a really fast car just faster than the fit that also looks sick and i want a S2k white with a carbond lip and rims and a hard top and its game over

went for a drive this morning. had a off ramp that just looked greasy (newer asphalt, morning condensation) and it really validated one good thing about this car - communication. steering started feeling light in my hands and the car understeered, then the fronts regained grip and the rear started to slide. but i knew it was going to happen. uncanny, like watching a replay of an intercepted pass, and you can see the thought process and the guy moves to the spot before the qb has even released the ball.

then i went to the weigh station. 2920 lbs with me, some junk, and 8 out of 12 gallons in tank. i weigh 170lbs.

2750lbs, rwd, full interior with only the AC compressor removed. i'm pretty happy.
