well, according to euro-FoMoCo, their new "knuckel-something-or-another" suspension technology is so advanced that the added weight from an AWD orientation would only hurt it's performance :rolleyes:... there's an article somewhere on AutoBlog.com that mentions it.

I know that, but once it's here it's technically an American Ford. That's the way I see it. It's like taking a Civic made entirely in America and bringing it over to Japan. They would still call it a Japanese Civic...

I read in a mag they're bringing it over for 2011 :) :) :) I'm glad to finally see an American manufacturer bring out a real hot hatch. Call it European if you want, the way I see it, Ford was born in America.
