Maybe it's just me, but for the kind of money these cars demand, you'd think they'd at least be able to have proper fitting wheelwell liners. Even the Fit has a better fit than this:

They all were probably hand made and the guy who was cutting the wheel well was cutting it with scissors and didnt measure it correctly so the just went ahead and used it anyways. :rotfl:

Nice pics! Reminds me of an Enzo meet they had a year or two ago. Nice cars. I'm probably in the minority here but I'm actually not a fan of the GT. Given a choice I'd take the plain jane Turbo 911 any day. Guess my brain is just way too practical and my wallet too poor. The GT is one of those "I have money" cars and nothing more IMO. But if I had the money maybe my mindset would change. Who knows...

You know what, I'm with you on not wanting to actually own one. But for a different reason.

They are rumored to be unsafe in a wreck.

Think about it. How many of you seen a few of these high speed accidents in the Enzo? 200mph+ wrecks and the owners walk away, pretty much literally in each case, with little more than a bruise or a scratch.

But several wrecks have happened in a CGT at 130mph+ and a number of people have died. Including passengers. Amazing. Some say it's a design flaw. The carbon fiber chassis and body panels tend to not give or crumple in a wreck like steel and aluminum. The carbon also splinters and pretty much shreds the occupants.

I mean, does this look like enough damage to kill 2 people?

Haha! I'm up for that if there is such a record...or we should create one. Why let the CGT's and Enzo's have all the fun? :p The S2K guys did something simlar last year that Honda helped put together. They should do one for the Fit.

hmmmm....i dunno if it looks like enough to kill someone, but it does look pretty bad.

id just be very careful to not do anything stupid with it. (ha! yeah right!)
