like bthasht said, do what YOU want to do to your car. Personally, i dont view rice as what you do to your car... the driver and how he acts is what makes the car rice.

lol oh and 3 year old thread. LET. IT. DIE.

haha
Thanks for digging this one up out of the cobwebs.

My FIT wears the red badge - wears it proudly.
Why? I think it's a distinctive emblem and looks good.
It's also the only discerning ID on the car- all else has been removed.

I've always been a fan of car badges, they have a long history.
The red badge is about the only thing to be done on a car with no real grill.

Stickers and decals take the place - rice?? possibly, tacky?? most often.

Though many on the forum have done a good job of it.

For all that has been done - I like 'em. There's nothing better than tricking out your ride as suits you.

It's why they make trophy's and why most car nuts don't hate.
No reason to ask why when the simple answer is simply because I like it.

Yeah I think if you like it do it. It's your own personal vehicle not anybody else's. people need to stop following trends and do what they like.

IMO the red H badges aren't rice at all, especially the real ones! I paid $120 for my pair and I like how they look on my car, not to mention they're flush instead of sculpted like the OEM ones. On a well modded car they really compliment the car, just my .02 cents worth!
