92 mpg...from a d16!?

I think that guy and that car are entering into the MPG X prize thingy...
along with (believe it or not) Bricklin!!!
but anywho about the vapor carburetor (thats the interesting part)
I worked at a SFX shop that used to be a circuit board printing company and the gentleman who owned it had a club with his buddies long ago where they retrofitted there old Broncos and some first gen SUV type vehicles to a vapor carbureted type and ran mpg's in the 40's and 50's. (think about that for a minute...as streamlined as a brick wall, and as light as a small tank) (consistently btw not just in one long run coasting, real world, with plenty of performance tests)
He and his buddies had a harder time with more recent vehicles and gas types as the tempuratures and such were harder to get consistently vaporized.
I really hope this catches on....it didnt then, and many, many people tried it....conspiracy??? who knows, who cares....but it needs to be furthered thats for sure.
We have so many creative minds and such that its very sad to see the way certain technologies (or lack there of) are devoid of true improvement.
