change in car acceleration Honda Accord

Hi I have Honda Accord. After I did the last service, I started feeling
this problem.

While driving with constant speed, the car looses the acceleration little
bit and continues again.

I know it happens for any 4 cylinder car during the starting or sudden
increase in the acceleration. But this is happening during constant
speed.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is.

Thanks in advance.

You'd have to tell us the year and mileage of the car, as well as what
was done at the service.

Recheck everything you done during the "last service". You must have done
something that caused the problem.
