94 Civic vibrates at low RPM
My civic shakes (sometimes a lot, sometimes lesser) at low RPM when I
am at a complete stop. It is much lesser when I put the gear on
Neutral. What could the problem be? I had a complete tune up done on
the car but that wasnt the solution.

if its still got the original plug wires, cap, and rotor on, id replace
them first. most "tune ups" are just plug replacements, and not
necessarily with the right plugs. thats why i prefer to do it myself.

It's possible that the timing needs to be readjusted. If you don't have a
timing light or know how to do it--take the vehicle to your favorite
mechanic and have him to it. Also, ask the mechanic to hook your engine up
to his Dianostic Computerized Engine Tester to see if there are other
problems that may be the source of your problem.
