Civic Si vs. Fit

i think your fit looks better..sorry to your bro. his bodykit is looking like borderline rice (or rice) in my perspective. just not my style.

I think your Fit looks better! I test drove a Civic SI before I bought the Fit and just did not feel that it handled as well. The Fit handling felt so much better. Get your mods going and it will be slammin'

the bodies look so similar though.. its almost like we have a 4 door si. Sadly, your bro got the bad year of the si. looks were ok, performance... not worth it in my eyes.
actually think the fit looks better.. adn if you got it dropped...:D

not my style either...i like more the JDM look on those Si civs...the Fit with a drop and wider wheel like what fits_all said will make the Fit look meaner.

Oh I remember the time when my mom was buying a 2006 Civic a little over 2 years ago and I was just walking around the dealership and got inside one of those Civic Si's. Right there, I kind of fell in love with that car and wished for it but we ended up getting a '92 Camry for me (since I started driving). Now, it looks like the car I'm getting soon is a Honda Fit. I remember seeing it showcased at Disneyland (haha I know) for my senior grad night and I got in it and just fell in love. Honda FIT all the way man!

I have both an Ep3 and a gd3 and I love both. What can I say, I just love hatchbacks period. Wasnt really feeling my si till i dropped it and got the jdm bumpers. I might be doin the same for the fit..hehe:eek:

I have to agree with the above-posters.
Your brother's civic looks over the top. If that kit was on a car that could put performance where it's looks are, then yes, but I would drive your Fit ANY DAY over that.
That being said, upload pictures of your fit once you get the stuff on =)

The Civic Si (chassis code EP3) was made from 02-05. I belive the one in the picture is an 04-05 judging from the taillights.
Compared to the prior generation (chassis code EM1), the EP3 gained .4L of displacement, but on the flip side an additional 150 pounds and the suspension changed to struts instead of double wishbone.

you can also tell them apart by lugs, it went from 4 lugs to 5 lugs sometime during the ep3 generation.

the EP3 definetly peforms better but yeah like everyone said the bodykit is a bit too ricy for me
even for me, the fit looked really funky at first glace but done right it looks sexy. my dad drives the '06 civic sedan and personally i would perfer the coupe but mugen came out with a clean looking body kit for it, it really depends on how u make it look
btw, does the EP3 have the K20 engine or what engine does it have??
