What did you want to do? Repair the rad? Replace it?
I can't say for your exact model of Civic, but in general:
Remove the park lamps
Remove the plastic that covers the front bumper
Remove plastic splash panels under the rad.
Drain the rad
Remove the fan assembly. This gets complicated if you have air
conditioning.
Remove the wiring to the temp sensor
Remove the hoses attached to the rad.
Remove the rad.
You need tools, a place to work, and I strongly advise a proper Honda
shop manual, not one of those Haynes things. When removing plastic
fairings there is always one more obscurely located bolt, screw or
clip that will drive you nuts. You need a manual that shows where they
are.

Re: 92 civic radiator
no no no don't touch the lamps nor the bumper cover ..it is very easy to
replace rad ..just disconnect both radiator hoses it is easier to get
access to lower hose from under car after removing plastic splash shield,
wiring going to fan motor, the fan assembly can come with radiator you can
r+r with radiator out of car.. the bolts that hold radiator in place and
voila'
