i don't understand it but at work (wal-mart, no i not loser only 16) i park far away (we have to) and there's always a cart just a couple feet or spaces away, i don't get it

yeah that pisses me off too.

I also get REALLY angry when some jackass in some POS Hummer decides that he needs to take up 3 spots!
