ive been playing the japanese version of prologue. a few weeks ago it got alot of updates and now there are more tracks and more cars, which i assume the us version comes with and no updates are needed.

you know how when you start the game, it has a popup box that comes up and says some stuff, you can select the left button to go straight to the game, or you can select the right button and it starts saving something to your hd. let it save the stuff to your hardrive and it includes new cars, new tracks, online play and two player. it takes like 20mins to do the update.

i was up until 3am playing last night.... online play is fun... but people who constantly crash kind've make it a so-so experience...

A while back, they had a GT3 tournament @ CompUSA and the eventual tournament winner was kind of a "cheater." On every course the organizers picked...he would just ride the rails on every turn. Kind of defeats the purpose of a driving game.

I haven't gotten it yet, but I heard the initial load times suuuuuuuuuuuuck. I'm so behind on the console wars. I don't have either PS3 or X-Box yet. Somebody got me one of each as a gift and then got locked up in a psyche ward. How f'd up is that? lmao

the load times are fine, better than GT4 that's for sure. the only ones that suck are waiting for the online games. but the in-game loading is totally bearable.

and that rail-riding is over in this game, getting off track destroys your times, and there are walls that block you anyway... GT3 was a different story, to make money in that game, i just taped the accelerate button down and played the same track over and over with a 500hp car which would just go along the railings, haha.
