Sad but true

Sad but true, I may hold the dubious record of shortest lived NEW FIT exuberance. 2 days, 13 hours and 46 minutes and 146 miles after driving my Fit of the dealer lot I got rear ended . This is bad enough but if you knew the saga of my finally getting my Fit you would be bummed for me too. Just a little bit of rain here in LA and everyone forgets how to drive. There is not too much damage on first glance but the real tell will be when the body shop gets the plastic bumper cover off. Hopefully the frame did not get bent since there was no crushing of the rear quater panel crumple zone. I did not even get to take a picture with it. Thank God I was not my normal procrastinating self and had already covered it under my insurance. I'll keep you posted.

terribly sorry for what happen. If I count my fingers... I've had my fit for exactly one year and have yet to have any type of altercation (knock on wood). Hopefully everything turns out for the better!!
