I laughed out loud...They have multiple Presidential Awards, so I'm sure they are willing to be more reasonable. On a plus note, Kent, who took care of my car, was very nice. The entire service department seemed nice, and I was very comfortable. Their price is reasonable, but I heard that Honda maintainance price tend to be low. They give you bagles, muffins, and coffee too! Yay!
