I live in Roanoke, VA. Our local Honda dealer is Rick Woodson Honda. I avoid them at all costs and drove out of my way to visit Duncan Hokie Honda and to buy my Fit. Duncan Hokie Honda has more selection and friendly staff, unlike Rick Woodson (from my own experience). I have yet to have any problems or need any service with my Fit, so I cannot comment on their service dept. I will be visiting the service dept soon though, for an oil and filter change. I will be hitting 3,500 miles soon...

 

I live in CHristiansburg and Duncan had 1 fit. A black one. They were very nice, but could care less about getting me a vivid blue sport like I wanted. I was willing to wait, I just wanted someone to get one in the next couple of months.

After not getting much help, I went to Tim Marburger Honda in NC, and they had me a VB Sport in 2 weeks. Plus, they delivered it! I will get mine serviced by Duncan, so I'll be friends with them!
