Cheap local autocross event this Saturday...anybody interested?

Thought this is a good chance for some of you to try this out. If anyone of you wants to participate with me this weekend, please PM me as soon as possible. Thanks!

UBCSCC WANTS YOU THIS WEEKEND!!!
We have an autocross event coming up on Saturday, May 15th and since we have some space available, we are offering a last minute new member special!

Typically to come run a UBCSCC Autocross you require a yearly membership ($25), and a yearly CACC license ($10) in addition to the $35 per event race fee. For this event only, we are offering a $5 UBCSCC "Day" membership which exempts you from both the membership and license requirements.

This means that for only $40 total, you can come out and try autocross with our club - if you decide you'd like to join, we will put your $5 towards a new membership at the end of the day. (Please note, the day membership is only valid for those who have never been part of the UBCSCC club). If you are new to the sport, we have everything you need - loaner helmets, instructors, and even some sunshine planned for Saturday! All makes and models are welcome as long as they meet the sound rules (92dB max) and are safe for the course.

To register, pay your $35 entry fee via Karelo at ubcscc.com: Karelo Signup, please make a note in the comments section that you will bring $5 cash for your day membership.

More Information on the UBCSCC.com Forum
At our last event, members received 10 runs on a 60+ second course AND a lunch break!!! Hope to see you all on Saturday, please let me know if you have any questions.

Oh did u? Noticed any difference with the test pipe?

Well yeah it might be too loud for the pitt meadows driving center then. If u like we can meet up in the morning & just go spectate. Bring a motor bike helmet, and if I see friends there I will ask them to give u a ride out?

Of course we can meet somewhere ahead of time, grab a quick bite & cruise in.

I bet it's pretty darn loud now.

Anybody interested in going there to check out this autocross event together?
