we could tell
when you say be smart, perhaps you should say this to them instead
Putting blame on a customer is NEVER a good thing.
Imagine a customer service manager saying "you better be smart next time (it's not our fault)" to a customer.
I have done what I should do as a customer. There was nothing more I could or would do

You aint my customer and in fact, I barely know you. So really, if you dun like what I said, too bad. I am merely saying that you learn something valuable so "be smart".
Read my posting again if u dun understand - I've even made 2 seperate "paragraphs" for (manager) and (smart) just so that people dun misinterpret it =\

I'm going to lock this up, since the bickering can't seem to die down, no matter what.
[grammer nazi]By the way, what the heck is the word "dun"? Is it really that hard to write the correct spelling on a 4 letter word? Come on people, sometimes the intraweb shorthand gets to a be a bit much, and it really doesn't make you look 'cool' purposely misspelling words.[/grammer nazi]
