Anyone know what's the story/owner of this pink fit?

I think there are a lot of locally customized Fits, but the owner unfortunately doesn't know about the FitFreak platform.

oh it says, just seemed that when I rode in it, he didn't 'rip it' due to his gauges that weren't in yet.
