Nick, great looking wheels man. I'm a fan already.

Those Re-11's are pigs of rubber, so I'm not surprised that they weigh the same as the 17's. I'm thinking that the more grip on the tire, the heavier it is. Not sure if that's a good way of looking at it or not.

Those are the breaks I guess, they are a really meaty tire for sure! They are so soft and grippy, almost the same consistancy as a perfectly grilled juicy steak! I guess looking at the bright side; If I had just put them on my stock rims that package would come in at around 42lbs!!

I am also wondering about the calibration of the scale at my parents house when I weighed the 17's & stock rims. I noticed I weight like 5lbs less on it... I think my Mom likes to adjust it so it reads less, lol

I had priced out the cheapest tires possible from Tirerack, worked out the exchange, shipping & mouting costs... Bob basically beat that price by at least 25%

They are definetely not the worst tires I have ever seen by any means, the Lexani tires I had before felt like ABS plastic.

LEXANI are just like concrete. i had them on the EF back in the day... was not really impressed, not grippy at all.

come to think of it, maybe that's why I had so much wheel spin...it was not from the turbo, lol

Ok before I talk to Toma I need to know who is in for sure on the 17th, what time in the day works best (example 1-4pm) and what the maximum $$ amount your willing to pay for these dyno runs.

Then I'll see what we can do and let you guys know.

1. Mr_ET 97 civic 1 to 5pm $80 max
2.

yes but you didn't mention when you were available.

Also looks like you want some passes in exchange for an item on the dollar menu at Mickey D's?

It's a recession man!

And Nick is willing to pay $100 for 3 runs...That should make up for the rest of us!

I would like to; but I am trying to figure out how I would justify buying another set; I just picked up a fresh set of summer tires for my OEM's

and 5 sets are definetely better than 3... and so on & so forth

I want a nice shiney set for cruising! But I probably shouldn't splurge again. With fresh summers on, I will rock the OEM's this summer instead.
