Being an inch wider would push the wheel only about 12mm out towards the fender. If you got some 10mm spacers, it would net you almost the same fitment. And you'd have the hottest wheels out of anyone you know

Here's some pics of EXACTLY how they'd fit your Evo without spacers. Same manufacturer (Ray's Eng.), same diameter/width/offset and exact same tires. Not bad at all. And a 10mm spacer would absolutely make it hotter
