Snow tires
Wondering who runs snow tires and all the details. I think I'm set on bridgestone blizzak or.
nokian Hakkapeliitta..... Not sure which size steel wheel i want to go with for the 2018, I have the 16 sport wheels I'm guessing g 14 or 15 inch steelies

Both seems to be good choices!
I would also consider the Toyo GSi-5.
For the wheels, you can also find cheap alloy wheels from older Civics, Integras, Fits, etc. that you can use as winter wheels. Could possibly be cheaper than buying steelies.

I liked Blizzak's, but as they wear once you go through the unicorn rubber they stop working well. I'd go with the Hakka's. I had a set of Hakka's on my MINI & they were the best snow tire I had ever used.
My wife's MINI has Blizzak WS70's, they worked well for the first 3 winters, but as we wore past the special compound after 3 winters they became very marginal. I scored a set of Michelin IceX snows on MINI wheels from a friend that sold his MINI. I'm hoping those will work better than the worn Blizzak's. I'll find out this winter.
I'd go with either 15" or 16", 14" tires limit your choices of tires available.

Thanks that's some good Insight I'm coming up on 20000 on the factory POS tires but I'm definitely going to switch out a steel or whatever I could find cheap enough 14 or 15 in and another couple months I laughed at that unicorn rubber good one

I somewhat agree. Yes, any snow tire is better than the best all season. I've had Blizzak, Nokian, Hankook IPike and the latest are General Altimax. I can say the Nokian are hands down the best snow tire I've ever used. I put my used Blizzak on my sons car and purchased new General Alitmax. In my unscientific seat of the pants subjective side by side comparison, I believe my Fit goes through the snow better with the worn to 5/32-6/32" Blizzak than the new Alitimax. I remember the IPike being better. I was buying based on cost and went with the "any" snow tire is better than an all season. In retrospect I wished I would have spent the $60 more and purchased the IPike. I was happy with those for the cost.

One caveat: I had Nokian WRG3s on a car, which Nokian defines as "all-weather" (not all-season), and they were snow-rated (had the little snowflake logo) but didn't seem to get eaten up as badly as most snows would in warm weather. If I recall correctly they did pretty well in snow/ice for being "all-weather" tires.

Edit: FWIW, I've had Blizzaks, multiple sets of Michelin winter tires, and Nokian Hakkapeliitas. I'll keep coming back to the Michelins and Nokians. The Michelins are almost as good as the Nokians but are a good bit cheaper as they often run rebates when winter tire season approaches.
Also, get studdless rather than studdable unless you're actually going to use studs.

I dont run the Fit in snow enough to use dedicated winter tires, since we use the 4x4 pickup in snow and ice conditions. General Grabber Arctic LT's are run all year on it with no ill effects in summer.

The Michelin Premier LTX Tire was launched by the tire giant, Michelin in 2015. Since then it has been offering superior all-season traction, ride comfort, and long tread life. Premier LTX gives high performance with all types of pickups, light-duty vans, crossovers, and SUVs. Michelin LTX is loaded with distinguished features to provide you with a wonderful riding experience.
Premier LTX offers a top-notch performance on wet pavement. This is made possible with a combination of sunflower oil and a high amount of silica in the tread compound. The symmetric tread pattern ensures enhanced grip and handling on wet/dry surfaces.
