2007 Honda Fit No start no crank
I turn the key to start and nothing. Not even a click. Lights stay bright even when turning the key to start. Battery is good. Is there a starter relay in a 2007 Honda Fit? I've searched online for days and nothing.I disconnected the battery for a minute to reset everything and no help. Tried it in neutral. I'm lost!!

Auto transmission?
If it won't even try to crank the starter could be stuck or not getting power. If the immobilizer is preventing it from starting think it will still at least turn over. Can you verufy power at the starter or jump 12V to it?

It is an automatic. That's my next step, trying 12v to starter. As soon as I find it! Do you know if this year fit has a starter relay by any chance? Thanks a million for replying.

Don't know if this has anything to do with it but I noticed when the key is in the II position the eps light remains on. Also, I had to put a new cv axle in about 2 weeks ago.

It looks like there is a starter cut relay and ignition coil relay.

If the transmission interlock is not working that might keep it from starting. Do you hear a click when you press the brake pedal?
EPS light?

I don't hear a click when I press the break pedal. If the transmission interlock is good I would hear a click when I press the break pedal? The EPS light is for the electronic power steering. I was watching a video of a Honda and I noticed that that light goes out in a second. Not a Fit though. I'll keep trying stuff and hope something helps! Thanks again for helping me out.

Wait you said you shifted into neutral so it must have released. Now that I think about it I believe it just keeps it in park but the car should start.
Not sure how EPS would effect it starting unless a fuse somewhere is bad.

ok. Now I understand about the interlock. Yes, I can shift the car into all the gears with the break pressed. I'm going to look into those two relays next. Thanks again. I've had just about everything through the years but this one is tough.
