Hi! We made a trip this summer from Montreal Canada to Alberta Canada to Montreal.
This trip was 6120 miles long.
We went there for hiking and camping for 3 weeks. So my std Fit was fully loaded with hiking and camping stuff (about 400 pounds). Very roomy and easy to get to stuff in and out. This car made it very well. Very impressive how fast it goes on uphill. Nice brakes and engine.
When fully filled to the gas cap the mileage increase up to 155 miles!
41 mpg. Very satisfied.

Had mine since May and haven't hit 3000 miles yet. I still dig my Fit just as much as you do yours!
Gotta drive like hell...
