Help! Is this a good price?

I might be wrong, but I thought you couldn't get mudgaurds on the Sport.
I thought the bodykit prevented them from working.
I don't know what those cars go for in NC but that's a really good price for the west coast. The west coast dealers have been marking them up alot

Anyone else in the SE or East Coast areas have an opinion?
This was as low as the dealer was willing to go. I walked, but
I'm pretty sure the sales guys is not going to call me back
and make a lower offer.
Sooooo . . . .
I just wanted to touch base with you guys (the Fit experts), and see what you thought of the price.
Dealer - "No haggle price. You pay full MSRP, cause this car is hot, there are not many around, and we know we have you by the ba......."
Me - "Ummmm, yea. I'll think about it."

Im just going by the 2 dealers I went to. The first one I went to was trying to tell me a base model 5 speed for $18,500.
They had a Sport with similar add ons that you listed for around $20,000. NOT out the door. Insane prices.
I ordered my Sport 5speed with no extras for MSRP.

is there a document fee? vin etching? destination? or other addons they might throw on top of that???
Best to get the accessories yourself for less, and no installation costs!!!
collegehillshonda.com has good prices.
I paid $16420 plus $600 document/vin etching. Plus I got wheel locks and an extra key thrown in the deal. And I did not finance thru the dealer. Credit union 6.25%.

But just so everyone knows, 'Off the lot' means the total price.

The sales tax in SC is 3% for auto purchases but it's capped at $300 so that is the most you will ever pay for taxes on a vehicle. The drawback is that they also make you pay state property taxes every year on the car. You end up paying it over the life of the car, basically.
We ended up paying $17612.50 OTD. We started at $18,500 and had to almost argue to get the price down to $17000 before taxes, tag, admins, etc.

Is there any of you pay it under MSRP by any chance?
