Buying a Fit; Brand New or Certified?

In 2400 miles on my m/t Fit, I have averaged 30 mpg. Less than 100 miles on highway roads. 200 miles on 55 mph roads. The rest around town, and 45 mph roads. 95%+ of that was with the a/c on.
