I have 425 on mine
I have 425,000 on my 07. 2nd owner (@39k). Changed ac compressor (200k), alternator and original belt (400k), 4 coils (200k), cv joints (unnecessary repair at 380k due to misdiagnosis of front end noise) turns out it was sway bar links (380k but had been rattling since about 240k). Ac relay (425k)
still have the original clutch in it 5 spd. Did the valve adjustment at 200k. Best $10k I’ve ever spent on a car. I religiously change the oil between 3-5k. I use about a quart in between changes.

Article is from 11 years ago lol. Thankfully it's on the wayback machine, not much detail though:

I don't get how you can drive that much every day, even as a courier.
Driving anything for 500,000 miles is a feat – just ask some long-haul truckers.
But how about 500,000 miles in a tiny 2007 Honda Fit, an average of roughly 82,000 miles a year or more than 400 miles a day?
That’s what Dallas resident Lori Duewell says she has piled up as a courier in her Honda Fit.
The Midas service shop at 6629 Northwest Highway, where the Fit is said to have gotten all of its maintenance and repairs, will host a barbecue at the shop Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. to celebrate the milestone.
“I have been in the automotive field for over 35 years – 22 of them with Midas – and I can’t remember a time when I got to celebrate 500 K miles on a customer’s car,” said Wayne Earlston, manager of Midas shop.

In my opinion, you are getting into a project buying any car after about 15-20 years old. It doesn't matter how well it has been maintained up to that point as the plastic and rubber will be getting brittle and harder respectively. I;m a single owner of a 2009 with 115,000 miles. Most of the miles are highway. Oil changes have been with quality full synthetic and quality oil filters every 5000 miles. I do every bit of maintenance on time.
Still, there are some issues. The roof leaked, so I had to pull off all the roof trim and replace all of the seam sealer. My engine is using some oil between oil changes. I can't find any leaks, and there is no smoke, but it probably uses one-third of a quart every 5000 miles. That's most likely just old valve seals. Maybe one day I'll try some AT-205 if it ever gets to using more. The struts are starting to allow tire rub on extreme turning, so that's $500 for decent replacements. The clutch still isn't slipping, but that will probably need a little TLC in the next few years.
None of this is complaining. This is by far the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned, but just know that once about 15 years and 150,000 miles pops up, there's going to be a lot that might need to be freshened up if you don't want it to turn into a pile of shit. The Fit is a very simple car, and it's a decent learning platform to learn how to buy an older car and "baseline" it back to OE condition.
Lol. Just saw this is a very old resurrected post.

I'd be most concerned about the sedentary lifestyle. I hope that person gets some exercise away from work! Even people with a desk job can get up and walk around a few times an hour.
