Damn, Glad he is ok. Another fit giving itself to save a life and there was already another car down there too.

Looks like there was a pretty good sized puddle in the middle of the road the person in front was braking for, but the car went across it like ice. Scary. Check your tires folks!

Question Air bags?

Great testament to the Fit's construction.

Wondering if the 2007 Fits had side airbags?

No puddle there. The guy obviously braked and lost control. Something is wrong with either tires, calipers, or ABS.
I bet the tires were bold and abs may have been disabled.

Yeesh one thing about my new Fit is the thing feels really light on the road. On thing i'd like to do is put wider tires on it. That video almost makes me want to put wider tires on now and sell the stock ones....

^ Haha you don't need to freak out. People crash all kinds of cars for all kinds of reasons. Just because this accident involved a Fit doesn't make your car dangerous.

Would be a good idea to slow down a little, when it's raining.

I dunno man when I first bought it I took it for a quick freeway run...a cop turns his lights on and this person decides the safest course of action is to come to a dead stop in the no 1 lane. There is no room to completely pull off the freeway so I have to slam on my brand new brakes and the car didn't quite seem to have the traction to come to a stop as fast as it could.

Haha well if you're not satisfied, by all means, start modifying. I will understand. It can always be better.
