Help me convince my Dad that Honda Fits are great cars!!

It's a good car. I think it's the best one in the class.
Lots of room and gets decent mileage. I'm at 35 MPG (lifetime average).
Honda dealer service price seems pretty reasonable. I just have a price menu from my dealer; I don't take mine in unless it's something major like a clutch replacement. I was curious and I got a quote for a new clutch at the dealer @ $1450. Not bad at all. I think it's in line with other cars.
Now there are a couple things that I am still not used to... the torque is lacking so passing other cars on a two lane road can be a white knuckle experience. In the summer, the air conditioner feels weak.
So for me, it was cheap to buy, insure and maintain, has great resale value, lots of room but has a gutless engine and a weak a/c.

Both are vey good cars but the Fit has a lot more character, is less expensive to buy and own, is one of the most cleverly engineered cars there is, is fuel efficient for what it can haul, and most important it's super fun with no worries about reliability issues. Enjoy!
