Question 2009 FIT funny noise when shifting question

Hi there! I am new and love my FIT! Ive had it for 3 years and never had a single problem with it. Ive got about 46K miles. Recently Ive noticed kind of a wierd noise when Im going between 10-20 miles per hour, like when the car is shifting gears (Its automatic) I hear a noise. Not like a grinding noise, but kind of a louder shifting noise than normal, but it hasnt always done that. Any driving above 20 mph I dont experience it at all. I dont know if I should be concerned, this isnt all the time, but more often now than not. Any ideas what this can be? Thank you!

Renee

Ty

I was trying to figure out if the transmission might be the problem. Thanks for the suggestion!

when it starts to get cold the older honda automatic transmission fluid starts to get noisy. Kind of like a flushing noise. Here's another thread on the subject (which itself points at a much older thread).
